I am responsible for making everything happen exactly when and how it should — from technical coordination to the overall narrative flow of the event.
During live shows, I lead communication across all departments, ensuring that every element — content, lighting, sound, video, and stage — is perfectly aligned and delivered with precision.
My role is to provide confidence to both production teams and clients, anticipating needs, solving challenges in real time, and maintaining full control of the show at every moment.
Beyond execution, I bring a strategic perspective that ensures the event not only runs smoothly, but truly delivers impact — engaging the audience, reinforcing the message, and creating a memorable experience.

Stage Manager

Audiovisual Content Director
Lead the creative and technical vision of projects that merge image and sound, from concept through final delivery—translating ideas into cohesive visual languages aligned with each event’s communication goals.
Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, bridging departments to ensure seamless execution and high-impact results at the event.
I directed the content creation workflow across multiple teams for the second corporate event ever produced at Sphere in Las Vegas.
The project involved coordinating five simultaneous content production teams over a two-month period, resulting in more than one hour of bespoke visual content designed specifically for the world’s highest-resolution LED screen.
Mentoring and Coaching
As a mentor and educational trainer, I am driven by developing the next generation of professionals in the industry.
I believe that sharing expertise is essential to raising standards and building a stronger, more professional live events sector.
As an on-stage coach, I elevate speakers´ performance by refining their narrative, presence and delivery. I am passionate about turning expertise into compelling, audience-driven moments that resonate with clarity, confidence and impact.
This vision led me to create my own working methodology, now adopted by numerous professionals as a benchmark for excellence in live event execution.
